Using a variety of teaching tools, each of the 24 lessons found in this book highlights five to six words. After using the words to complete a short paragraph on subjects ranging from “how a ship model gets into a bottle” to “why spinning makes you dizzy,” students are challenged with a second task. Following directions, they wander through mazes, complete crosswords, specifically color illustrations, identify states on a U.S. map, and much more.
