If a product doesn’t perform to your satisfaction under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll gladly replace it or offer store credit.

You may return unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our Member Purchase Tracking System allows returns without a receipt and extends your return period to 60 days from the date of purchase.

Orders that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable return freight charges.

e-Books
All e-Book purchases are final sale. Because they are digital files, they cannot be retrieved or returned once downloaded.
All sale items and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or credit.
Truck Items
Truck-delivered items must be returned to our Distribution Centre via a licensed carrier.
An RMA# (Return Authorization Number) is required before shipping your return.

We take great care in ensuring every order is packed securely and shipped promptly.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when a package goes missing.
A shipment confirmation with tracking information is emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and know when delivery is expected.
