Please Inspect shipments right away for any damages. Damages must be reported to Scholar’s Choice within 48 hours.

At Scholar’s Choice, we stand behind the products that support your classroom, your students, and your learning journey.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

How Returns Are Processed

All refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase:

  • Credit Card – refunded to the same card
  • Gift Card – refunded to a gift card
  • PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account

 

Our Quality Promise

We take pride in offering durable, high-quality educational materials.
If a product doesn’t perform to your satisfaction under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll gladly replace it or offer store credit.

 

Returning Your Purchase

If you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

You may return unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for return:

  • Resource book spines must be intact
  • All other products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition

Please allow up to 24 hours for your return to be processed once it’s received.

 

Member Returns

Members enjoy extra flexibility!
Our Member Purchase Tracking System allows returns without a receipt and extends your return period to 60 days from the date of purchase.

 

Restocking Fee

Orders that have already been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable return freight charges.

 

Exceptions

e-Books

All e-Book purchases are final sale. Because they are digital files, they cannot be retrieved or returned once downloaded.

All sale items and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or credit.

Truck Items

Truck-delivered items must be returned to our Distribution Centre via a licensed carrier.
An RMA# (Return Authorization Number) is required before shipping your return.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We take great care in ensuring every order is packed securely and shipped promptly.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when a package goes missing.
A shipment confirmation with tracking information is emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and know when delivery is expected.
Please make sure that Scholar’s Choice is whitelisted in your email so you receive all notifications.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk
  • Looking around your property or designated delivery area
  • Contacting the delivery carrier directly for further details
  • Filing a report with local authorities if theft is suspected

If package security is a concern, we encourage you to consider an alternate delivery address, such as:

  • Your workplace
  • A trusted friend or family member’s home
  • A secure pickup location offered by the carrier

Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued, customers have 30 days to return their items.
After 30 days, the refund authorization will be cancelled.
