Oversized and Furniture Items
Oversized and Furniture items require 3 business days to to be shipped and do not qualify for the next day shipping guarantee.

Special Conditions
Includes shipments requiring inside delivery (beyond the door of the building), special handling such as a second floor and delivery to a specific location within the building. In such cases please notify Customer Service at the time you place the order. Additional charges may apply. Please check out our Gold Service Standard for special services available on large orders

Standard Freight
Standard Freight is door to door only and covers only standard ground shipping. For orders via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, or LTL - Less than Truckload, valued at more than $69, standard ground freight is FREE. Excludes remote shipping points and beyond points.

Remote Areas
Shipments destined to an address in a remote shipping area, defined by the postal codes below is considered a remote destination. For orders being shipped to addresses considered to be a Remote Shipping Area (by Canada Post standards), the shipping charge is a minimum of 30% of the merchandise subtotal if the amount is greater than $149. Otherwise, there is a minimum $40 charged for shipping.

Beyond Point Orders
A Beyond Point Destination is a location serviced by air only, ice roads, rail, ferries, barge or sealift. The shipment is prepaid to a forwarding point and collect beyond at the responsibility of the Customer. In these cases, a customer service team member will contact you to arrange shipping to your beyond point destination.

Some oversized items may not be available for shipping outside Canada and may have additional freight charges added to your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We take great care in ensuring an order is packed securely and shipped promptly. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when a package goes missing. We do send a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when the order leaves the warehouse. It is then the customer’s responsibility to track the order and understand when it will be delivered. Please make sure that Scholar’s Choice is white listed in your emails to ensure you receive all communications.

Does Scholar's Choice offer a in-store pickup option?
To place an order for in-store pickup must be ordered through the Retail Location the items are being shipped to with a minimum spend of $25.00.
Why am I not able to select the Ship To The Store option?
In order to ship to the store, all of the items in your cart must bein stock and available and your order sub-total (before taxes) must meet the minimum required amount. Make sure to also check that your location is in shipping distance of the store.
