  • How-To Complete a Quick Order Form
At Scholar's Choice, we want to help all of our customers achieve their educational supply needs. Below is a step-by-step guide for utilizing the Quick Order Form to efficiently add items to your cart.

OPTION 1

Manually enter product SKUs & quantities

*NOTE: The Quick Order Form only accepts SKUs for individual products. The Form will not accept SKUs for a collection of products (SKUs that begin with the characters GR. i.e. GR10080).

  • Locate the product SKU for the item you wish to add to your order. The SKU can be found listed below the product's title (i.e. 023-967).
  • Enter the product SKU and quantity into the fillable fields.

Enter additional products

  • To enter additional product SKUs, select '+ Add SKU/UPC Row'.
  • Additional fillable fields will populate.

Add the products to your cart

  • Once you have entered all of the products for your order, select 'Get Products from Entered SKUs'.
  • The products will populate on the Form page.
  • You can choose to select 'Add all products to cart' or individually select items to add to your cart.

OPTION 2

Upload a Spreadsheet

  • Instead of manual entry, you can upload a CSV file that contains all of the SKUs and quantities you wish to add to your order.
  • Your CSV file must include "SKU" and "QTY" columns.
  • Once the file has been uploaded, select 'Parse CSV file'.

Add the products to your cart

  • Once you select 'Parse CSV file', the products and their quantity will populate on the Form page.
  • You can choose to select 'Add all products to cart' or individually select items to add to your cart.

Review your cart to complete your order at checkout

  • If you selected 'Add all products to cart', you will be prompted to review your shopping cart.
  • Once you select 'Check cart page', you will be directed to your Shopping Cart.
  • Review the items in your cart and complete your order at checkout.

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BOTH ENTRY METHODS

How to add product collections

The Quick Order Form only accepts SKUs for individual products. The Form will not accept SKUs for product collections (SKUs that begin with the characters GR. i.e. GR10082).

  • For example, if a product collection contains four items, you will need to enter each of the four individual product SKUs into the Form's Manual Entry fields or into your CSV file.
